[TYPO3-RTE] css used by RTE HtmlArea - is there any cache ?

If the style sheet refers to images with relative uri, then the uri is 
relative to the folder containing the style sheet file. Copying the file 
to typo3temp would break such references.

Not sure what to do about this. Is this an issue only in the RTE? I just 
don't understand why.
