[TYPO3-RTE] Last changes in htmlarea

If you think that there is a bug, I would recommend that you report it 
into the TYPO3 bug tracker (http://bugs.typo3.org/), but please provide 
a better description of the problem, and conditions required to 
reproduce it.

On the other hand, all code revisions to htmlArea RTE may be reviewed on 
TYPO3 forge (http://forge.typo3.org/repositories/show/typo3v4-core). All 
changes are also posted to the TYPO3 bug tracker as well as to the Core 
team list.
