tinyMCE based tinymce_rte looks better!

that is just a replacement of a simple textarea - there is pmk_textare 
for that

The only reasonable alternative for htmlare_rte is tinyMCE-based RTE and
there is tinyrte and tinymce_rte.
Tested recently the latter, which works fine (not public version).

Typo3 needs specific Typo3 integration and there is *NO* sense to make 
that for many RTE. Let's try Thomas to make tinyMCE-based editor better.
