you may want to try tinymce_rte with the media plugin...

be aware that this currently only work with the svn version.. (will be
release to TER in the next few days...)

if you don't want to use another RTE, here is the default config:
page TSconfig:
http://forge.typo3.org/repositories/entry/extension-tinymce_rte/trunk/static/pageTSConfig.ts

setup TSconfig:
http://forge.typo3.org/repositories/entry/extension-tinymce_rte/trunk/static/setupTSConfig.ts

it should be all in the allowTags...
