[TYPO3-RTE] css used by RTE HtmlArea - is there any cache ?

I looked at your extension, and so have this question :
on a Typo3 instance < 4.2, could you confirm that if I delete all files 
prefixed by "rtehtmlarea_" in the typo3temp folder, (like 
rtehtmlarea_TYPO3Browsers_07d68d15ee5b7e9d770d1e77f4838dc9-compressed.js, 
rtehtmlarea_InlineCSS_9868cc87a13d62316d14f82374bb846c-compressed.js...) 
that will clear the RTE cache like your extension does ?
On the development server, I have direct access to these files,

so that could help  :-)
