[TYPO3-RTE] How can I change the formats for "New Plain Image"?

Hi,

In RTE, I want to insert a "New Plain Image". From the opening window I can
insert only web image formats up to 640x480 pixels.
My question is: How do I change the formats for the images to be more than
640x480 pixels?
