[TYPO3-RTE] is it now possible to use &get parameters in internal links?

The patch does not look right to me. The patch treats the internal link 
as an external link. So typolink features normally associated with 
internal links are not applied.

The patch is also incomplete. When you try edit the link which was 
treated as external on the way to the database, the link editing script 
again recognizes it as internal.
