[TYPO3-RTE] TYPO3 4.2.3 and RTE in IRRE -> System Error

Hi Stanislas,

I tested the patch on TYPO3 4.2.3 (with FF3) where this "System Error" 
arises. Somehow it didn't work. The RTE did not load anymore when 
creating a second IRRE child element.

What I did:

1) applied the patch
2) deleted typo3temp/*
3) cleared browser cache
4) CMD-SHIFT-Reload in Backend

Maybe I missed something?
