[TYPO3-RTE] TYPO3 4.2.3 and RTE in IRRE -> System Error

Please test the patch attached to issue #9596 in the bugtracker: 
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=9596

Make sure to delete all files in typo3temp/rtehtmlarea and to clear the 
browser cache after installing the patch.
