Hi Francois.

You could try the TinyMCE RTE editor.
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/tinymce_rte/current/
http://forge.typo3.org/projects/show/extension-tinymce_rte

It has an advanced table editor, where you can set different odd/even
rows on tables.
