[TYPO3-RTE] is it now possible to use &get parameters in internal links?

yes i use linkhandler for such links...
but a common http://www.mysite.com/index.php?id=1&type=100 would not be possible with linkhandler... or yes?
coudl it be configured to use the type get parameter ?
