[TYPO3-RTE] RTE has no scollbars anymore

Hi,

Try a clean install of typo3 4.1.1 (use the installer one so that you can 
test and deinstall it later)and see what happens. For me, FF 2.0.0.3, with 
clean typo3 4.1.1-> fine.
