Hi!
This has to do with the page and list modules, not with RTE I guess. I 
don't think that this feature will be implemented into T3 by core devs, 
as it lowers the usuabilty. If everyone has a different looking BE, 
support wouldn't be possible anymore. But of course you might ask one of 
them. However: There's a better chance to reach some (normal) devs in 
the english mailinglist.
