[TYPO3-RTE] An image with a title, the related links and a media element

Hi,
What is the easiest way to insert an image with a title, the related links
and a media element in RTE (of course if it exists any).
e.g.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/6445795.stm
http://news.bbc.co.uk/onthisday/hi/dates/stories/march/14/newsid_4221000/4221937.stm
I will appreciate any hints and suggestions.
