[TYPO3-RTE] Looking for function

Hi all,

if I click the "toggle-html"-Button in IE RTE two times I should get 
exactly the same result but it is not - for example for the HTML:

<docuportallink>This is a test</docuportallink>

which is translated (only in IE 6 and IE7 - not in FF) to

This is a test</docuportallink><//docuportallink>


What happens here and what function is responsible for this transformation?
