[TYPO3-RTE] classesAnchor.default doesn't work

Hi list,

RTE.default.classesAnchor.default{
	url = external-link
}

I'd like to set the default value for external links.

But I've got one site here, on which this setting doesn't work. When I 
set up a new external link the classes-field's always blank and I have 
to manually set the "external-link"-class in the dropdown.

Typo3's version 4.1.2

I've got "t3skin" and "t3skin_improved" installed (newest version) but 
that shouldn't be the problem as I have theses extensions installed on 
other sites, too, where the default.classes-setting works proberly ...
