[TYPO3-RTE] Strange version numbering. Is it only the numbering or is there more . . .

Hi,

In my TYPO3.4.1.0 the version of the RTE was 1.5.1dev. Both in the tar 
file and the zip file.
But now in TYPO3.4.1.1 the version in the source zip file is still 1.5.1 
without the addition "dev", but the version in the source tar file is 1.5.2.

What more except the number is different in both versions?

I wonder . . .
