[TYPO3-RTE] Images don't save using fdfx_2cols

This may be similar to the issue Philippe Gagnon raised in "Images in tables 
cells disappear when saving"

When using fdfx_2cols for a two column layout, images can be inserted, but do 
not save.

Examining the resultant HTML, I see that a paragraph set <p>&nbsp;</p> was 
inserted in place of the image. If the image was linked, a totally empty "a" 
tag was built instead.
