[TYPO3-RTE] 'RTE.default.classesAnchor = 0' breaks link browser

D'oh. Missed that one because htmlarea 1.2.0 was locally installed and 
typo3 4.0 ships with 1.3.1 but according to TER 1.2.0 is the latest version.
