[TYPO3-RTE] Short config question

Hi,

when e.g. centering text or making a piece of text bold I get this:

<p style="text-align: center;">Trend-Line</p>
<p style="font-style: bold;">Service</p>

But I need

<p><div align="center">Trend-Line</div></p>
<p><strong>Service</strong></p>

How and where do I have to configure this? I tried a lot of different 
config options, but never got another result than the first one.
