[TYPO3-RTE] RTE removes too much

Hello,

I have a problem with the RTE removing lots of HTML.
This is especially a problem because a lot of work had been done on that 
site using the old RTE, which now is always removed just by saving the 
record.

I don't like font tags, but in this case they are needed, and this 
PageTSConfig doesn't seem to solve my problem:

RTE.default {
	enableWordClean = 0
	removeTrailingBR = 0
	removeComments = 0
	removeTags >
	removeTagsAndContents >
}

Isn't there an option which just puts the stuff from the RTE into the 
DB, without touching it at all?
