[TYPO3-RTE] making quotations easier

In a similar vein.... what about cite, code, samp...

I have a site that would like to use these actually, but the other sites 
of mine would have no need for these. So they need to be configurable, 
but I'm not sure that we should have a seperate button for each thing 
either.
