[TYPO3-RTE] Download htmlarearte

Hi,

I spent the better part of the to find out where I can download RTE for
Typo3. I found a lot about installs etc but nothing about a link where to
get it. I found Xinha but this gava me no clue about integration with typo3

I learned I need some t3x somehow.

I am new to typo3 as of this weekend, but it gives me a thrill. It will be
my CMS of choice! I use XML / XSLT / Xalan up to now.
