[TYPO3-RTE] tt_news RTE icons

This gave me the right hint. I have now added 'findreplace', 'chMode' 
and 'removeformat' to the 'RTE.default.showButtons' list and restricted 
all users, where these buttons should not be shown to 
'options.RTEkeyList = formatblock, bold, italic, orderedlist, 
unorderedlist, link, image, copy, cut, paste, undo, redo'. It works now 
as it should.
