[TYPO3-RTE] RTE doesn't load after switching from 0.7.2 to 1.1.1

In version 1.1.2, this will be done for the JS files that are loaded on 
initial RTE loading. However, the problem will remain for some popup 
windows that load their own scripts when first opened.
