If this is important, I think you should take the time to describe and 
document your problem: what is not working as expected, what version of 
the RTE are you using, with what default configuration, what else do you 
have in Page TSConfig, etc.

Note that for future reference, or for anyone who may have encountered 
similar problem in the past, "Big problem" is not a very useful title.
