[TYPO3-RTE] Good configutation for htmlarea RTE

Hi! Is there a good and working configuration for htmlarea RTE, that 
allows the BE Users to do everything that has to do with content, but 
nothing that has to do layout (except bold, italic, underlined, lists 
etc (but not font-size for example..))

I would really love it to have one of these. Maybe just as TC, or as an 
option, or as a separate extension.

Any answers appreciated.
