[TYPO3-RTE] UI for COLS/COLGROUPS

Ahh ok I get the point! It is very difficult to achieve this, but I
guess it should be possible are maybe wanted for COLS/COLGROUPS at some
point. What actually brought me on this is that it is not possible now
to select a whole column or for that matter a whole row and change the
properties of the selected cells (like bgcolor) all at once. When I
select a column and change the properties only the first cell is affected.
