[TYPO3-RTE] Missing something fundamental: rte for subheader field of tt_news

Hi Vlatko,

The subheader field is not meant to be rendered with RTE. The subheader would
usually be just 2 or three lines, which I usually format with an indent and bolf
font. The field has a class. What more do you need?
