[TYPO3-realty] Import: Invalid Contents

When I start the cronjob by my self I get

this:
"The record could not be loaded. Because of invalid contents, the record 
might no have been imported completely."

And that: " the script owned by User 0 ist not allowed to open the zip 
owned bei an other number"



So there are more problems.

the cronjob per mail send:

-: /var/www/vhosts/domain.de/httpdocs/typo3/cli_dispatch.phpsh: No such file or directory


I have config that the script, the openimmo directory where uploaded the 
zip owned by the self user like the cli_dispatch script.

I have sitch on safe mode on and off, I have check and test all I know.

I habe php5 so safemode is not important.
