[TYPO3-realty] buying price

Ohhh yeah,
I think I´ve fixed the prob with the date ;-)

And I´ve made an syntax error in TS. Setting an ";" behind the
"buying_price" did not work ;-)

your mails have the wrong date. :)
We have the 20th October.
