[TYPO3-realty] Google Maps does not work in Single View (Typo3 4.5.0, realty 0.5.1)

Dear list

First of all I would like to Thank Oliver and all the others for this 
great extension and the manual. I used it for the first time, and I'm 
very happy.

As you can see above, I have a problem with Google Maps, but just in the 
single view. In the list view, everything is ok (you can see here: 
http://morell-giovanoli.ch/index.php?id=7).

In the single view, there is no Google Map. In the source I can not even 
see the <div id="tx_realty_map"></div>. It seems, as the following part 
of the template

     <!-- ###GOOGLE_MAP### --><div id="tx_realty_map"></div><!-- 
###GOOGLE_MAP### -->
<!-- ###FIELD_WRAPPER_GOOGLEMAPS### -->

does not work.

Does anybody have an idea what the problem can be?
