[TYPO3-realty] configuration problem, please help me

Hi to all,
I don't understand the instructions on the manual about "Create system 
folders for records".

I have created "Realty objects" sys folder and in this folder I click ok 
Create new record but I don't have records like "house type", "garage 
type" etc... but only "Realty manager - Displays realty objects in the FE".

There is a problem?
Can you help me?
