[TYPO3-realty] Which order when upgrading 4.2.1 --> 4.4.4

I did the update and it went smoothly. The only thing until now:

The installtool is popping up with an error blocking access to it.
Apparently a bug in the

"ameos_formidable 1.1.0 - extension"

http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=15265

Work around: temporarily removing the extension is providing access to
the installtool again.

I let you know if I encounter further trouble related to the update.
