[TYPO3-realty] Update Realty

Hi Oliver,

now i have done step by step, but i doesn`t work. I dont`t really know 
what the Problem is. Sometimes i have internat Server Error and then

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 
'PATH_formidableapi' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear')
