[TYPO3-realty] Singleview Widget System

Hi,

I'd like to suggest to rewrite the singleview system for future times to replace the current view with a widget system. So people could much easier add their own single view items. The system is already there thanks to tx_realty_pi1_FrontEndView, but IMHO it's way to complicated to add your own views or change their layout and position (and if you do, you also get "annoying" error messages on the frontend, until you change that in the core, too.  

I think of something like this: 
- implement a new front end extension called realty_widget based on tx_realty_pi1_FrontEndView
- remove all markers from the templates, that could be widgets (gallery, googlemaps, contact form, etc.)
- the backend user puts a realty extension set as single view and some realty widgets he wants to include.

What do you think?
