[TYPO3-realty] BE - Object fields - which fields are available in the form

Hi,

 

How can I make visible or not some fields in BE depending on another field
(not on object_type)?

How can I define types for my fields as same as for the object_type

 'types' => array(

                               '0' => array(

                                               // for rent

                                               'showitem' => '..'

       ....

Can anybody tell me which files/sections should I modify?
