thanks for your reply.

I have just verified the path to the openimmoschema (openimmo_122.xsd) 
in the typo3 backend. The path is true.

Maybe I got the wrong version from openimmo.de?

Is the "Support Paket" requiered or the free "Download des OpenImmo 
Standards" "openimmo_version_1-2-2.zip" ?
