[TYPO3-realty] OpenimmoImport by Shell & CronJobs fails

Hi Oliver,

I've tried setting up the cronjop for openImmoImport with no luck.

I have created the user _cli_realty without ADMIN rights, set up the 
config for the import directory (absolute Path), the PID for realty 
records and images and auxiliary records (witch are different PIDs / 
Folders in my setup), the absolute path to the openImmoSchema (Path to 
the File openimmo_122.xsd).

The Import by shell does not work at all: either the zipfiles were 
deleted, nor a log message is sent, nor the import does work.


At the command shell (User ROOT) this is the error code I get:

The import from the typo3 backend works fine. No Problems at all.
