[TYPO3-realty] singleview overview & rent include bills

Hi,

i have 2 questions

1. how i can sort or place per self the overview on the singleview

on templat

             <!-- ###OVERVIEW_ROW### -->

this create a list but i want not all in my singleview

2. how i can became the rent include the bills in german "warmmiete"
this is rent_exclude_bills + extra_charges
i have add it on the list but i can't add it on the singleview
