just a suggestion on future features: (don't know if its already on the list)

It would be great, if Images in List-, Singleview and Gallery could  
get an watermark. (e.g. via ImageMagick)
Background is of course Image use policy.

Our partners should get the original version delivered, so its not  
helpful to do these things before uploading them.
Nice TypoScript propertys should manage this via conditions or  
extensiontemplates.
