?Hello,

we use the Realty-Manager to import the OpenImmo files, generated by the
Flowfact software.
As you maybe know, the OpenImmo Standard contains more than 300 field
descriptions.
While i try´d to add a static SQL filter for a bunch of OpenImmo fields for
objects who doesn´t shown
on the site, i did a look on the DB tables to find out, what kind of data
are stored.
It seems, that you doesn´t support the sub-categorys of "house_type" (As for
many other fields too).
Looking at the parsing classes for the XML data also show, that only the
"main house-types" are stored
(as 01 for Wohnungen; 03 for Grundstücke; etc.). But every single category
got some sub-types to differ
the object, like: 01Pent for Penthouses, or 03GBE for Gewerbegrundstücke.

The full list of which OpenImmo Fields are filled whith wich data is listed
here:
http://www.universal-crm.de/help_2009/module&co/internetboersen_immoxmldatenelemente.htm

A example challenge may be: Add a static SQL filter to differ a 1-2
Familienhaus (02) from a Einfamilienhaus (02EHF).
As i can see form the parsing classes, some fields are allready full
supported, like "heating_types", but
heating_types aren´t important as house_types for many cases. Also all
garage types get the house_type 10,
which is "sonstiges" but no option like "tiefgarage or stellfläche" (of
course, this can be avoided with a tricky
SQL filter, but also be more easy).

At all, what fields and attributes are supported ,and are there plans to
support them further?

Thank you for answers.
