[TYPO3-project-realty] List-view: no icon to move records up/down

Hi,
I'am wondering if it was possible to invoke the little arrow in order to
move records in the realty sys-folder up or down (pictures for exsample)
This is normaly done by selecting the option within "set fields" dialog.
Is this an extension thing or Typo3/system/backend related?
Doe's anybody know how to find out?
