i now chekced it and use the utf8_encode function to make sure that the file
is utf8. And i can Import up to 7MB Zips - if they are bigger or the the xml
has more than 3000 lines it unzips the file, but it don't imports anything.
I start it with this command:

/usr/bin/php -q /www/htdocs/w00b3d1b/typo3/cli_dispatch.phpsh openImmoImport

And the terminal extension returns this error message:

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
'/usr/lib/php5/20060613/mcrypt.so' - /usr/lib/php5/20060613/mcrypt.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line
0

Anyone has an idea?
