[TYPO3-project-realty] showing just the latest object

hi,

i thought it would be possible to show on a page only the latest
realty object by setting an ext-template with the
property-configuration:

listView.results_at_a_time = 1
listView.maxPages = 1

... ok, more or less it works. but the page-browser is still visible
(with "1") .. so i additionally set the templateFile =
to-alternativ-template-without-pagebrowser.

but this is not working - suddenly nothing is shown! the source-code
contains just "<div class="tx-realty-pi1">
		
	</div>"

... if i remove this templateFile-Line, then it's ok again!

isn't it possible to extend a special page with a seperate
template-file? .. because for the whole website i already set my own
template successfully with this templateFile-property. but in this
ext-template it produces this "invisibility".

any ideas - or do i misunderstood the place i've to put the property-setting?
