[TYPO3-project-realty] Version 0.4.0 has been released

Hi all,

I've just released version 0.4.0 of the Realty Manager extension
(extension key: "realty").

This is a new feature release with lots of nice features and bug fixes.
Before upgrading, please make sure to read the upgrade notes in the
manual so you won't break your site.

The most important things about the upgrade:
- You first need to upgrade to the latest versions of oelib and
ameos_formidable.
- The city selector has been merged into a bigger search widget.
- The HTML template has changed a lot. So you _will_ need to adapt your
customized HTML templates.
- Some setting have been moved within the flexform tabs. You will need
to set them again.

The most outstanding new features:
- Italian localization (thanks to Roberto Torresani)
- Google Maps support
- Lightbox gallery
- setting for the maximum number of objects per FE user
- nice HTML/CSS template for the FE editor
- offerer list
