[TYPO3-project-realty] Maybe a bug, open immo import

Hi Oliver,

It?s me again :-p.  I am still using v. 0.3.1. Today I started with 
openimmo import and I hit upon a problem: Whenever there are quotation 
marks ("") in f.e. the district value , the openimmo import fails. 
Whenever I delete them from xml-file, the import works. I haven?t tried 
other fields yet. I guess this problem has nothing to do with the 
definition of the charset, because letters like "ö,ä,ü" work.
Have you ever heard of this problem?
