[TYPO3-project-realty] house type search field

Dear Oliver!

I have installed the new 0.4.0 version of realty manager and it works fine, 
BUT in the included search form is a field for house type selection 
"missing". For my customer - and i guess for all who has to do with 
realties - this is a very important field to select house, appartment, ....

Can I add this field on my own or what would it cost if you include it?
