Hi Oliver,
I posted it in the bugtracker, but could resolve the Problem (at least 
it seems so) by editing the file (on line 141)
/realty/pi1/class.tx_realty_offererList.php

There seems to be an error in the SQL query, because there's no 
last_name field in the fe_user table.
