[TYPO3-project-realty] Install Problem - CREATE TABLE tx_ralty_objects fails

Hi Oliver,

Thank you for getting this fixed so quickly! I now managed to install the
extension without problems. I just quickly tried and i can now create realty
objects, but there seems to bean issue (maybe i'm just tired, i'll try again
tomorrow):

1. i create some Apartment and House types in my main storage folder
2. i create a realty object ... In the form that appears i cannot select any
of the appartment types or housetypes from the popup menus, they are empty.
When i try to create categories with the + sign i get an error as soon as i
try to save the new category:

Attempt to insert record on page '[root-level]' (0) where this table,
tx_realty_house_types, is not allowed

Maybe i'm doing sth wrong ... I couldn't find a lot of documentation on this
extension....
